Isaac puts on a show!

Here is Isaac singing at his school. He did such a good job...you will notice he is the loudest of all!! I ran out of memory card, but it was sooo cute. The next song they sang after this was a Halloween song, which we don't celebrate. So he kept telling me all day how he wasn't going to sing the Halloween song. Sure enough after putting on this performance, he just stood on the stage with his lips sealed. When he saw me chuckling at him he 'whispered' across the room...'I am not singing it mom, it's the Halloween song!!' It was so cute!!

Flashlight tag

Here is Isaac and Nana playing flashlight tag! These two have every toy imaginable but spent about an hour playing with these flashlights!! If you listen closely towards the end you can hear Naomi trying to say 'here I come'!

Naomi the Dinosaur Tamer!

Here is Nana going for a ride on 'Spicy' the Dinosaur. Yes the very one Isaac had prayed to God about gettig for his birthday. Which is why he doesn't like Naomi riding on him. But he was at school during this time...so we just won't tell him!!

Family night at the Circus!

Drum Roll please!! Here is my new haircut!

Are you ready for this? Can you handle it?!?! In honor of Abbey, our friend's daughter who was diagnosed with leukemia, I cut off 10 inches of my hair to be donated to Locks of Love (they make wigs for children with cancer). So this is the longest my hair was able to be. I actually kind of like it, but don't love it. I just feel like it isn't me! It makes me look alot older as well I think. So for now I will def be growing it back. But as my darling husband said, 'At least we know it'll look good for when I am in my thirties!!'

Dino Party!!

Since the day after his party last year Isaac said he wanted a dinosaur birthday. And sure enough a year later that was still what he was talking about!! So here is his Dinosaur birthday. He was sittting next to me as I ordered the cake, when he heard there was only going to be a T-Rex he asked if he could get a stegasaurus and triceratops as well..yes he knows them by name!!

More of Isaac's Birthday

Here are some pictures of us celebrating Isaac's birthday on October 8th, (his actual birthday!). We are Chik-Fil-A with his 2 best friends; Connor (white) and Jacob (red). We had a lot of fun, although he was sad he didn't get 'Spicy' the dinosaur!

This past month on October 2nd one of Isaac's best friends (and future wife) was diagnosed with Leukemia. He has had a hard time with it since he misses playing with Abbey. When we got home from a visit form the hospital one day he asked if Abbey was better. When we said that she'd be sick for a ling time he replied...'it's ok Abbey is sick for a long time, I still lover her!' Then when he finally got to go visit Abbey, he had some questions about her IV and different things. We had already talked about how she'd be losing her hair and talked once again about how her medicine would make her hair fall out, I asked him what he thought about that...and he said, ' I think she'll still be beautiful'. Recently a bunch of people at our church shaved/cut their hair to show their love and support for Abbey. Isaac decided that he wanted to do that to...so here are some pictures of him with his new haircut...I think it was harder for me to see his curls gone!!

Isaac wanted this cool dinosaur for his birthday. It was a very big present, and he saw his friend Connor get it just a few days before (their birthdays are 2 days apart) On his actual birthday (which was before his party) we went to celebrate at Chik-Fil-A with his 2 best friends, Connor and Jacob. We gave him a couple of gifts from us and he had a great time. But when we were leaving he said very sad, the he didn't get Spicy the Dinosaur. On his birthday he did get it from a bunch of his friends that pitched in to get it for him. When it was time to open present he went straight for the box of 'Spicy' (what Isaac calls him). So we asked him how he knew that it was 'Spicy'....here is his answer!

Isaac's 4th Birthday!

My baby is 4!! It is hard to believe!! Time goes by so fast. It is amazing to see how big he is and the things he says and does, amazes us all!! God has been good to us, and Isaac, and it pleases our hearts to see him understand that!!
