Momma's Girly Girls

Isaac put this headband on Jojo and she just left it on. And Nana went into my closet and put my shoes on all by herself and was loving it! The other day (much to her daddy's dismay) I painted her nails for the first time. She sat perfectly still and every time I'd put the nail polish on a new finger she's go "OOhhhh". It was soooo cute!

Santa Claus is coming to Town!!

In Macedonia where we live, every Santa will come by on a fire truck a deliver presents to the kids. This it was even more special because we got have Abbey, Jacob, and Micah join us. I think Isaac was more excited to see Abbey than Santa, it was the first time he has seen her since October, when she was still in the hospital. The kids all had a great time! Connor and Danielle also joined us...it was such a blessing to see them all playing and to hear Abbey's giggles!!

Isaac puts on a show...again!

This past week was Isaac's Christmas concert at school. Here are a couple of pictures of my little guy. And a video of him singing one of the songs!

Oh girls, just wann have fun!!

This past Saturday I got to spend the night with a few of my closest friends. We got dressed up and went to a women's Christmas dinner. It was a lot of fun, here are some pictures. On one of the pictures you will see beautiful Abbey. God has really been faithful and her treatment is coming along really well. We've been blessed to experience His love for Abbey and all of us through this whole experience.

More Christmas Decorating!

It's beggining to look a lot like Christmas!!

This week we decorated around the house for Christmas. We love this time of year celebrating God's love for us through the birth of His son, our Savior Jesus Christ. This year is really more fun because Isaac understands more and we've had some great conversations about Jesus being born, and why He was born. We've also talked about not asking for so many things, being greatful for what we already have, and looking around for others who have less than what we do. The God gave us all we have not just for us, but for us to show His love to those around us by sharing what we were given. And it's been a blessing to my heart to see my little boy sharing the wisdom of a 4 year old. Here are some pictures of our home.

I love my brother!!

Usually Naomi is to herself. For those of you that are around us more often know that she'd rather play by herself than with kids. But every once in a while she likes to snuggle. Here she is snuggling with her brother!

Missionary Naomi

Here we always joke around that Naomi will be a teacher when she grows up. She loves to write and is always looking at books. Here she is looking through the Bible.

Clap, clap, clap your hands!!

Here is the newest thing our little Jojo had learned to do!!

Momma's Little helper!!

We got a bit of snow last weekend...and had people coming over so we needed to clean out our driveway. Isaac always loves to help us do things around the house...and he got this shovel last year for Christmas from his Vovo (grandma). Here he is working hard!

Nana playing with Pinkie Pie!

Here is Naomi playing with the My Little Pony she had received for her Birthday!

Nana's Party!

Here are some pictures of Naomi's second birthday at our home with some friends. Her party of course was themed with Diego, and Dora. (I thought it'd be kind of weird having a party for a girl with just Diego.) And for those of you whom have seen our video of how she reacts when Diego comes on...you know why it was a Diego party. It was cute to see her waking up to all the decorations in the house. We had a great time celebrating our baby girl!! The little pony was one of the gifts she got for her birthday, and she was just loving playing with it. It was cute. And you can see all of us singing Happy Birthday to her...this time without tears!!

More from Chuck E. Cheese's!!

It's my party, I can cry if I want to!!

We were still in Boston for Naomi's birthday, December 1st. So we went to celebrate with our friends and family. We had a great time, and in the end so did Naomi...but she was crying as we sing 'Happy Birthday' to her!! Check out this link on YouTube for the video!!
